Seven thread pitch options cover the most common centerfire rifle and 9mm pistol barrel threads, including M18x1 for CZ Scorpion compatibility. The Charlie mount exists for a simple reason. Not every shooter needs or wants a QD system. If your suppressor lives on one dedicated host and never needs to swap between guns in a hurry, you are carrying extra weight and adding extra length with a QD adapter for no practical benefit. The Charlie strips that out. The result is a more streamlined setup with no moving parts and nothing to wear out or lose in the field. For a dedicated host setup where simplicity and minimal overall length are priorities, this is the right mount to use.
