What is the cost of shipping?
All accessories ship for a flat rate of $3.95, regardless of the amount purchased. Suppressors ship for a flat rate of $9.95 and ship via UPS ground. In some cases, specifically bulk ammunition, an extra charge is built-in to the product price to accommodate the heavier weight and additional charges conveyed by the carrier to Capitol Armory.
When will my order ship?Accessory orders placed before 1PM CT ship the same day in most cases. Accessory orders placed after 1PM CT ship the following business day. NFA items require approval prior to shipment and will be shipped within 24 business hours of receipt of approval from the BATFE.
Where does Capitol Armory ship to?Capitol Armory ships to consumers and dealers within the United States. Many products on CapitolArmory.com are regulated by federal, state, and local governments, and not all products are available or legal in all locales. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure each item is legal in his/her state and local vicinity. Capitol Armory will not ship or transfer to states where items are known to be prohibited.
What shipping carrier does Capitol Armory use?UPS is our carrier of choice; however, we utilize USPS for select products.
How do I track my package?
When your product ships, you will be provided a tracking number via email. You can also login to your account to view the tracking number for your order.
Can you ship a suppressor to my residence?
If you are a TX resident and upon BATFE approval, full instructions are provided on how we can ship your NFA item direct to your residential address. All NFA items are shipped UPS ground Adult signature required.
What is Capitol Armory's return policy?
In order to maintain our goal of providing amazing customer service and fantastic pricing, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied to any canceled order where a serial number is assigned during the order process. This 5% cancellation fee applies to most orders and only applies to orders where Capitol Armory has not initiated the BATFE transfer process and the return request was made within 14 days of purchase.
If the BATFE transfer process has been initiated, and a return request is made within 14 days of purchase, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount. If we have not initiated the BATFE paperwork, and a return is requested after 14 days from the order date, a restocking fee up to 35% will be applied to the refund amount. Orders 30 days or older and those orders that have shipped do not qualify for a refund. Promotional items may have special return restrictions, please see each promotion's details for any exclusions to this return policy.
