Hello,I currently have an Omega 9K in your vault, and would like to purchase an SPEQ Omega 30.With the HPA bill pending, can I purchase the suppressor without submitting form 4 to the ATF in hopes that the HPA come trough in the next 120 days?

Yes we are happy to hold your order for any period of time. If you decide to buy, simply mention on the phone or in the order comments that you would like us to hold your order until you state you'd like it submittied to the ATF (or not in the event the HPA is passed).
