SILENCERCO HYBRID 46 DT SUPPRESSOR - MULTI-CALIBER PISTOL AND RIFLE SILENCER, 9MM THROUGH .45-70 GOV

The SilencerCo Hybrid 46 is a multi-caliber suppressor covering pistol calibers from 9mm to .45 ACP and rifle calibers from 5.56mm to .45-70 GOV in a single silencer. Full-auto and magnum rated. Compatible with pistols, rifles, PCCs, and submachine guns. The .46 caliber end cap handles the full bore range out of the box, and six caliber-specific end caps are available separately to reduce sound further on smaller bore rifles. Sound reduction ranges from the low-120s dB on .300 BLK to hearing safe on .45-70 GOV. Barrel length minimums are 16 inches for .45-70 GOV and .458 SOCOM and 18 inches for magnum calibers up to .338 Lapua Magnum. The Hybrid 46 ships with a 5/8x24 direct thread HUB mount and interfaces with SilencerCo's full accessory lineup: eight direct thread sizes, ASR quick-detach, pistons for handguns, 3-lug for PCCs, and fixed barrel adapters for subguns.

CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION

The Hybrid 46 is the closest thing to a one-suppressor answer for an entire safe. Most multi-caliber cans make a real compromise somewhere, usually in mounting flexibility or caliber ceiling. The Hybrid 46 does not. The .46 bore handles everything from 9mm handguns to .45-70 lever guns and .338 Lapua rifles, and the HUB 1.375x24 interface gives you access to SilencerCo's full accessory ecosystem on top of third-party adapters from Dead Air, Q, and others. That mounting breadth is genuinely unusual in a single suppressor.

The accessory catalog here is expansive in a way that matters. Nineteen muzzle devices, eleven pistons, three 3-lug mounts, ten fixed barrel adapters, and multiple direct thread options means the Hybrid 46 can attach to almost any host you already own. If you want to run it on a full-size pistol, a PCC, an AR, and a bolt gun, SilencerCo has a mounting solution for all four. The replaceable front caps are a meaningful feature as well: if you want optimized sound performance on a specific caliber rather than the universal .46 cap, that option exists without buying a second suppressor.

The one thing to plan for is weight and size. The Hybrid 46 is not a lightweight precision rifle can. That tradeoff comes with the territory when one suppressor handles this many calibers and host types. Pair it with a dedicated .22 LR suppressor and you have coverage for nearly everything in your collection from rimfire to magnum rifle.
