Traditional baffle suppressors trap and redirect combustion gases back into the action. On short-barreled rifles this can increase bolt carrier velocity by 20 to 40 percent or more, causing violent cycling, accelerated parts wear, and gas blowback to the shooter's face. Many suppressed hosts require adjustable gas blocks, heavier buffers, or suppressor-specific bolt carriers to run reliably. The Flow 762 Ti directs gases forward and out the front of the suppressor instead. The zero backpressure claim gets thrown around loosely in this industry, but HUXWRX backs it with actual bolt velocity data. Most traditional suppressors push bolt velocities significantly higher, which is why suppressed ARs and short-barreled rifles so often need buffer and gas system work to run reliably. The Flow 762 Ti skips all of that. Your existing setup runs as-is, and you keep the at-the-ear decibel reduction advantage that comes from a rifle cycling closer to its unsuppressed dwell time. 

The all-titanium 3D printed construction is doing the real work here, not just saving weight. The geometry achievable through additive manufacturing is fundamentally different from what CNC machining produces, and that geometry is the mechanism behind the Flow-Through performance. At 11.8 ounces for a full-power rifle can with no barrel length restrictions and a SOCOM endurance rating, the weight-to-durability tradeoff is difficult to beat in this category. 

The Torque Lock QD system uses a tapered fit rather than a standard thread-on interface, which is what gives it military-spec point of impact repeatability. It will not loosen during hard use or adverse conditions, and the mount returns consistently enough that you do not need to re-zero between range sessions.
