HUXWRX FLOW 762 TI SUPPRESSOR - FULL-AUTO RATED, TITANIUM, FLOW-THROUGH TECHNOLOGY

The HUXWRX FLOW 762 Ti is a full-auto rated, multi-caliber .30 caliber rifle suppressor, fully 3D-printed from Grade 5 Titanium and the lightest rifle suppressor HUXWRX has produced. It measures 6.8" long with a 1.8" diameter, adds 6.1" to the barrel, and weighs 11.8 oz. Rated for 5.56, 6.5, 7.62, .308, 6mm, 7mm, 300 WM, 300 PRC, and 30-06 with no barrel length restrictions, it works across 5.56, 6.5, and 7.62 platforms, from AR-15s to bolt action rifles.

Flow-Through technology directs gases forward and out the front of the suppressor, delivering toxic fume mitigation, accuracy, and repeatability with no significant modifications to the platform or gas system required. An integrated GeoFlash Cap mitigates flash, and the FLOW 762 Ti passes 6 cycles of the SOCOM Reliability Stress Test, each made up of eight 30-round magazines. In PEW Science testing, it earned a composite Suppression Rating of 41.6 on a 20" Savage Model 10 PC .308 and 35.7 on a 10.3" MK18 with Federal XM193.

Mounting uses HUXWRX's Torque Lock system, with the suppressor threading counter-clockwise onto a HUXWRX QD muzzle device such as the HUXWRX Flash Hider QD or HUXWRX Muzzle Brake QD. Capitol Armory sells the FLOW 762 Ti without a muzzle device, so shooters who already own one aren't paying for another, and either device can be added at checkout. The C-Series Cerakote finish comes in Matte Black or Flat Dark Earth, and HUXWRX recommends detailed cleaning every 2,500 rounds.

CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION

The zero backpressure claim gets thrown around pretty loosely in this industry, but HUXWRX actually backs it up with bolt velocity data. The FLOW 762 Ti stays within about 4% of unsuppressed, depending on the platform. Most traditional suppressors push bolt velocity way up, which is why suppressed ARs and SBRs so often need buffer and gas work just to run right. This one skips all of that. Your setup runs as-is, and if your rifle has a dedicated suppressed gas setting, leave it on unsuppressed. You also keep the at-the-ear advantage that comes from a rifle cycling closer to its unsuppressed dwell time.

The all-titanium 3D-printed build is doing a lot more than saving weight. Additive manufacturing allows internal geometry that CNC machining just can't produce, and that geometry is what makes Flow-Through work. At 11.8 oz for a full-power rifle can with no barrel restrictions and a SOCOM endurance rating, that balance of weight and durability is tough to beat.

We're fans of the Torque Lock QD system, too. It delivers military-spec point of impact repeatability, tightens under fire, and won't loosen up during hard use or bad conditions, so you won't need to re-zero between range trips. Just keep in mind that the QD flash hider or muzzle brake is sold separately, so factor that into your total cost.
