The Breacher's Custom Guns Daniel Defense PCC SD SBR is a purpose-built suppressed 9mm package based on the Daniel Defense PCC platform and engineered for quiet, controllable performance. Breacher's reworks the barrel into a custom 5.75" ported barrel, pairs it with an integrated 8" SD suppressor, and adds an exclusive SD handguard, a Daniel Defense fitted vertical grip, and a hydraulic buffer system, so every component is selected and tuned to work together as a complete system.
The barrel porting is engineered for subsonic operation with standard 115gr ball ammunition, and the blowback-operated PCC runs CZ Scorpion magazines. Each unit is individually constructed by Breacher's Custom Guns rather than mass-produced.
CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION
A lot of suppressed SBRs are really just a standard rifle with a can threaded onto the end. Breacher's builds the PCC SD from the other direction, starting with a Daniel Defense PCC and porting the barrel specifically for suppressed use. That lets it manage gas pressure and run subsonic with standard 115gr ball ammo, no special loads needed.
Add the 8" SD suppressor and a hydraulic buffer that tames blowback recoil, and the whole package shoots noticeably softer and quieter than anything you'll find on a typical gun store shelf. If you want a suppressed 9mm SBR that works as a true system instead of a collection of parts, this is the one we'd grab.
