COMPACT AND VERSATILE
The YHM Resonator K is an ultra-compact version of Yankee Hill Machine's Resonator R2, built for shooters who prioritize a short overall footprint. At just 4.8 inches without a mount and 9.6 ounces, the Resonator K keeps weight and length to a minimum while covering rifle calibers from .17 HMR to 300 Remington Ultra Mag. Its tubeless construction pairs heat-treated 17-4 PH stainless steel with a Cobalt 6 blast baffle, and the design is full-auto rated.
The Resonator K uses the 1.375x24 HUB thread standard on its blast chamber, the same thread pitch found on suppressors like the SilencerCo Omega, Dead Air Nomad, and Energetic Armament Vox. This means the Resonator K is compatible with YHM's Phantom Q.D. system, direct thread adapters, Dead Air Key-Mo, SilencerCo ASR, Q Plan-B, and many other HUB-compatible mounting solutions. An updated end cap design also helps reduce flash signature.

The Resonator K is an ultra-compact version of YHM's best-selling Resonator R2. It was made for shooters wanting to minimize their footprint and have the shortest suppressor possible. While it still has many compatible calibers, .17 HMR to 300 Remington Ultra Mag, the Resonator K shines on small rifles. The tubeless design allows for maximum volume without the additional weight and is still strong enough to be fully auto-rated. It also features the same thread pitch for mounting systems as the famous SilencerCo Omega, Dead Air Nomad, and Energetic Armament Vox. This allows for YHM's QD mounting system, direct thread options, ASR, Key-Mo, Q's Plan-B, and many other possible mounting solutions.
CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION
For many uses, overall size is much more critical than decibel reduction. This can include defensive uses, installation on a rifle that may be used in confined spaces, competition, or even hunting. The Resonator K provides a solution for these needs. The mounting system follows the "Bravo" thread pattern, allowing numerous companies to use mounting options. Even if the shooter is not invested in YHM products, they can most likely still utilize the Resonator K with existing muzzle devices. It also pairs great if the user has a Resonator 2 but wants to swap back and forth between a full-size and a compact variant. On top of all this, it comes in at a fantastic price point.
