Short Chop by Q

Q SHORT CHOP SUPPRESSOR - COMPACT 8.6 BLACKOUT SILENCER, STAINLESS STEEL

The Q Short Chop is a compact stainless steel suppressor built for 8.6 BLK, made for shooters who want strong subsonic suppression without adding much length to the rifle. It measures 6.5" long and 1.75" in diameter, weighs 13 oz, and wears a Black Nitride finish.

The Short Chop delivers excellent suppression with subsonic 8.6 BLK while staying compact and lightweight, which makes it a great fit for hunting setups. Its stainless steel construction keeps flash to a minimum and avoids the sparking you can see from other materials.

Mounting is handled by Q's Quickie Fast-Attach system using XL muzzle devices sized for 8.6 BLK. The Short Chop ships with a Rear End XL in M18x1.5, which has a 90-degree shoulder, a socket pocket in the front for installation and removal, and rear wrench flats, and it also runs on the Q Cherry Bomb XL. It pairs naturally with the Q Boom Box 8.6 BLK short barrel rifle, and shooters who want more suppression can step up to the longer Q Porq Chop.

CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION

8.6 BLK is all about hitting hard while staying quiet, and the Short Chop keeps it that way without adding much length to your rifle. That makes it a great match for hunting, especially night hog hunting, where subsonic 8.6 BLK shines and a compact can is easier to carry and maneuver in the field.

Put it on a Boom Box or any other 8.6 BLK rifle running Q's XL muzzle devices, and the included Rear End XL has you ready to go right out of the box. If you'd rather give up a little compactness for more suppression, the Porq Chop is the longer, quieter option.
