The Dead Air RXD22Ti is a titanium rimfire suppressor compatible with .22LR, .22 Magnum, .17 HMR, .17 WSM, and 5.7x28, built around a 3D-printed single-piece Triskelion baffle core with PVD coating. At 5.6 inches long, 1.1 inches in diameter, and 5.6 ounces with the included XRF mount, the RXD22Ti uses Grade 5 6AL4V titanium construction with a High-Temp Cerakote finish in Black or Burnt Bronze. The XRF Xeno Rimfire Muzzle Brake accepts both 1/2x28 and M10x1 thread pitches for broad host compatibility, there are no barrel length restrictions, and the suppressor is full-auto rated for .22LR up to an 850 ft-lb muzzle energy ceiling.

The Triskelion baffle core is a single 3D-printed piece rather than a stack of individual baffles. That matters for rimfire shooters because .22LR produces lead fouling at a rate that makes disassembly and cleaning a regular chore. With stacked baffles, each piece has to come out, get cleaned, and go back in the right order. With the RXD22Ti, the entire core comes out as one unit and goes back in the same way every time, with standard tools. The XRF muzzle brake also incorporates a built-in lead capture feature designed to trap deposits before they enter the suppressor, reducing how often the full cleaning process is necessary.

The XRF quick-detach system means the RXD22Ti can move between hosts without thread adapters as long as the host is threaded 1/2x28 or M10x1. That covers the large majority of threaded rimfire barrels on the market, including Ruger 10/22 variants, Ruger MkIV pistols, Smith and Wesson M&P 22 Compact, and many others.

The rimfire suppressor market is crowded, and most cans at this price point make you choose between weight, materials, and ease of maintenance. The RXD22Ti does not ask you to make that tradeoff. The single-piece Triskelion core reduces sound while keeping backpressure extremely low. The quick-detach mount is fairly unique with 22 silencers. If you own one rimfire suppressor and multiple threaded hosts, the XRF system makes host changes fast and repeatable. The lead-capturing baffle design means less fouling reaching the baffles means longer intervals between full cleanings, and that matters when you are running a 10/22 or a pistol-caliber host through a few hundred rounds in an afternoon.

This is a premium-tier rimfire can, and buyers should weigh cost against their use case. For a dedicated plinker who wants one can to cover multiple hosts and hates cleaning, it is easy to justify. For someone who will run a single host lightly, there are capable options at lower price points. The full-auto rating in .22LR and the 5.7x28 compatibility add real utility for owners of FN PS90 or FN Five-seveN platforms, and that versatility helps justify the cost for the right buyer.
