Capitol Armory is licensed in all suppressor-friendly states. Form 4 or 4473? Read 4473 vs. Form 4 . Your choice during checkout. See how SBRs direct to your door works or choose to send to your local dealer.
Under ATF's October 9 policy, you can buy a SBR on a 4473 in some states. We still recommend a Form 4: it stays compliant if the policy changes, and ATF approvals come back in days.

CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION
The LE6921 is a popular rifle with law enforcement agencies, and it's easy to see why. It's a straightforward Colt M4 SBR without a lot of extras, which is exactly what plenty of departments want in a rifle they issue and train with.
We like the 14.5" barrel length for anyone who wants a little more barrel than a Commando-length rifle while still staying shorter than a 16" carbine. It's a good middle ground for duty use, home defense, or just a classic M4 for the safe.
With the 1/2x28 threads already in place, the LE6921 is an easy host for a suppressor. A full-size can like the HUXWRX FLOW 556 Ti works well if length isn't a concern, and a shorter option like the SilencerCo Saker ASR 556K keeps the whole setup quick to handle. Either way, you end up with a quieter, more comfortable rifle to shoot.
