UNKNOWN SUPPRESSORS OG 30 SUPPRESSOR - LIGHTWEIGHT MONOLITHIC TITANIUM .30 CALIBER RIFLE SILENCER

The Unknown Suppressors OG 30 is a lightweight .30 caliber / 7.62 rifle suppressor machined from a single piece of 3D-printed Grade 23 titanium, with zero welds and zero seams anywhere in the construction. At 8.6 ounces and 8 inches overall, with 4 inches of that over the barrel, the OG 30 is a full 2.3 ounces lighter than the original OG while bringing the report down to 130 dB at the shooter's ear. It mounts via 5/8-24 direct thread, with a 1/2-28 adapter available separately, and is finished in high-temperature Cerakote across four colorways. Built and QC'd in Post Falls, Idaho, the OG 30 is the refined version of the suppressor that started the Unknown Suppressors lineup.

CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION

The original OG built Unknown Suppressors' reputation, and the OG 30 is what happens when that design gets a second pass with better tooling. Cutting 2.3 ounces without changing the over-the-barrel geometry matters more than the spec sheet makes it look. That geometry is what keeps the rifle balanced instead of letting the muzzle dive, and a lot of manufacturers sacrifice it to hit a lighter weight number. Unknown Suppressors kept the profile and just built it lighter.

Printing the OG 30 as a single piece of Grade 23 titanium is the real story here. No threaded baffle stacks, no welds, nothing to work loose after repeated firing or heat cycling. That is a meaningfully different failure mode than a welded or stacked-baffle can, and it is the kind of construction detail that matters more the longer you own the suppressor.

At 130 dB at the shooter's ear, the OG 30 keeps the same hollow, low-tone signature the OG line built its name on. If you liked the sound character of the original OG, this is that same tone with less weight hanging off your barrel.
