USMC BATTLE PROVEN
When the United States Marine Corps were looking to bring suppressed capability to the Scout Snipers, the FA762SS was their choice. While it is a longer full-sized silencer, when mounted it adds just 5.5 inches to the original rifle length. The overlap design does require 2.75" or more of clear barrel in order to mount the suppressor. With an extra-tight bore, it's best suited for precision rifles and high quality ammo. This allows for maximum decibel reduction for the size.
The United States military, many SWAT teams, and other law enforcement officers have utilized the FA762SS with success in even the harshest conditions. With excellent sound suppression, flash reduction, dust signature reduction, and minimal point-of-impact shift it's good enough for world's most demanding snipers.
The FA762SS is a legacy can with a limited edition run from SureFire. This is a recent production silencer which may not be available again.
