The B&T Print-XH RBS Full Size is a 5.56/.223 suppressor with a hybrid design: a 3D-printed titanium body for low weight and a 718 Inconel blast baffle for flash reduction and heat tolerance. B&T's Reduced Backpressure System (RBS) limits bolt speed increase to under 2% (+/- 1.9% on M4 carbines), reducing wear and gas blowback. A low-flash endcap minimizes muzzle signature. Full-auto rated with no barrel length restrictions and weldless construction. The 1.375x24 HUB interface fits SureFire, Dead Air KeyMo, SilencerCo ASR, Q Plan B, and other common mounts. Tested through SOCOM burn-down standards (240 rounds x 95 cycles, 22,000+ rounds total).

B&T SRBS 556 FULL SIZE
The B&T SRBS (Slimline Reduced Backpressure System) is a full-size, full-performance silencer for .223 and 5.56. It's an ideal solution for comprehensive flash and acoustic signature reduction that can stand up to extreme abuse. Thanks to its full Inconel construction, short barrel rifles, select fire weapons, or high round counts are no trouble for the SRBS. 3D printing also allows for geometry that is not possible through traditional manufacturing. This lets the full-size SRBS suppressor have great sound signature reduction while maintaining exceptionally low back pressure. This reduces wear and tear on parts, does not impact cyclic rate, and reduces harmful gas exposure to the shooter.
The laser bed fusion techniques used in construction allow the SRBS to be fully weldless, substantially reducing both weight and failure points. This revolutionary system will enable B&T to create modern silencers that surpass limitations imposed by more traditional manufacturing found with most competing silencers. Combined with the industry-standard HUB mounting thread pitch, the SRBS 556 Full Size can utilize nearly any mounting on the market.
Each suppressor ships with B&T's Rotex-SF HUB assembly, compatible with all B&T Rotex flash hiders and SureFire SOCOM flash hiders, Warcomps, and muzzle brakes.
