REBORN, THE OCTANE 2.0

The Octane 45 was popular for years, from the original SWR production to the updated SilencerCo production. It has always been a great-sounding, no-frills suppressor with various mounting options. The Octane 2.0 revives the series with an updated version for 2020, retaining everything that made the series so popular. With a combination of steel and aluminum, the Octane 45 2.0 is light but can easily handle select fire weapons. The Octane 2.0 is user-serviceable, allowing shooters to utilize cast lead projectiles and suppressor the extremely dirty 22LR cartridge. 

All SilencerCo Alpha accessories are compatible with the Octane 2.0. A piston or other mounting solution is required for use.

The Octane has a long history; starting at SWR, it has gone through many generations. They've always been highly regarded. However, the previous version was getting a bit dated and coming in at a price point that was not as competitive as it used to be. SilencerCo has re-released the Octane with the 2.0 variant. It retains the same mounting system and is lightweight without extra nonsense. Compatible with the Alpha accessories, the Octane 45 2.0 can be mounted to a handgun with a piston and a fixed barrel firearm via direct thread, 3-lug, ASR, and others. It's got versatility where it counts without being overly complicated. For those looking for a good, solid, traditional pistol suppressor, the Octane 2.0 is worth consideration.
