Sig Sauer's MODX-9 is their newest silencer and most configurable to date. The titanium baffles provide light-weight performance and a level of personalization rarely found. The MODX-9 is fuller customizable for length, weight, and decibel reduction. Class-leading sound reduction is altered by disassembly and reconfiguration with a different number of baffles to achieve optimum results.
The piston offers 21 points of impact adjustment to ensure your firearm is shooting exactly where you need it to. In addition to the silencer itself, the MODX-9 box also contains everything you need to run it on your favorite firearm. It ships with a 1/2x28 piston for most domestic 9mm firearms, a M13x1LH piston for European pistols, and a fixed barrel spacer to allow it to be used on pistol caliber carbines.

The MODX-9 is the newest addition to the super-configurable silencers on the market. It can be set up in virtually any length the shooter desires. The longer the can, the more quiet it will be. In the shortest configuration it still has a bit of bark, but also an extremely small footprint. The can really allows users to build their ideal solution, and vary that as they see fit. This solves the issue of multiple tax stamps for different length silencers. For some, it's just simply a lot of fun to hit the range, experiment, and find the setup they enjoy best. For those after a super-modular silencer that barely registers on the scales, take a look at Sig's MODX-9.
