How do I clean the Obsidian 9?

One of the Obsidian 9's practical advantages is that it's fully user-serviceable. The keyed baffle stack disassembles without special tools beyond what Rugged includes, and the baffles can be dropped into an ultrasonic cleaner with a 50/50 mix of Purple Power and water for about an hour, then rinsed and dried. The piston and spring get the same treatment. The tube, ADAPT module body, front cap, and spring retainer should not go in an ultrasonic cleaner. Use a non-ammonia cleaner and a brush for those. When you reassemble, put a thin coat of white lithium grease on the outside of the piston. After reinstalling on the host, check that the can is fully threaded every 30 rounds until you've confirmed it's staying put. Cleaning frequency depends on what you're shooting.
