The Rugged Obsidian 9 is a modular 9mm pistol suppressor with the ADAPT system. Runs in full-length configuration at 7.8 inches and 12.7 ounces, or short configuration at 4.85 inches and 8.7 ounces with the ADAPT module removed. 17-4 stainless steel baffles with keyed alignment, hard coat anodized aluminum tube, and 1.37 inch diameter for compatibility with suppressor-height sights.

SUBCOMPACT FEATURES AND PERFORMANCE
The Rugged Obsidian 9 is a full auto rated 9mm silencer that is able to handle 22LR and subsonic 300 Blackout as well. It's user-configurable design allows shooters to utilize industry-leading suppression in the full size format, or run it in an extremely short 4.85" length. The Obsidian 9 has a 17-4 stainless steel baffle stack housed inside a hard coat anodized aluminum tube with a black Cerakote finish.
CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION
Rugged's latest suppressor entry, the Obsidian 9 does not disappoint. It offers fantastic suppression in the long configuration and one of the shortest options in the "K" configuration. Just like its bigger brother, the Obsidian 45, is user serviceable allowing you to shoot 22lr or non-jacketed rounds through it. If you do clean it, the click together baffle system prevents carbon build up between the tube and the baffle stack; which will ease the cleaning process. The Obsidian 9 maintains Rugged's "Belt Fed Rating" for 9mm and 300 BLK subsonic rounds and does this while weighing as little as 8.7 oz. Just like the Obsidian 45, the Obsidian 9 utilizes most SilencerCo pistol suppressor accessories for compatibility.
