THE QUIET FIX
The MiniFix by Q, chambered in 300 Blackout, is a must-have for those wanting Hollywood quiet. Q had one goal with the full-size Fix: to improve on the stale and outdated design of traditional bolt-action rifles. The MiniFix has a smaller action, a shorter barrel, and is suppressor-ready. With a side-folding stock, the footprint is about as small as it gets.
The compact 8" barrel utilizes a 1:5 twist to stabilize most 300 Blackout projectiles, most importantly larger subsonic rounds. While supersonic 300 Blackout has some benefits, the MiniFix loves a diet of ultra-quiet pills at just under 1100 feet per second. The barrel is covered with a free-float Q-Sert handguard for any additional attachments you may want to mount.
The one-piece receiver keeps accuracy high, and the 2-stage match trigger allows a crisp break every time. Q's fully adjustable stock can be set up for any shooter, ensuring your length of pull and head position are identical from shot to shot. Of course, between those shots, the 45-degree short throw bolt handle enhances the speed of cycling out spent brass with a fresh round.
