PWS BDE45-TI SUPPRESSOR - MODULAR 3D PRINTED TITANIUM .45 CALIBER SILENCER, 1.125X28 ALPHA MOUNT
The Primary Weapons Systems (PWS) BDE45-TI is a modular .45 caliber suppressor with a 3D printed titanium baffle core and removable aluminum modular baffles. Pulling or adding baffles changes overall length and noise reduction, with the suppressor running 5.88" to 8.18" long and 8.8 to 11.1 oz. It measures 1.45" in diameter and attaches through a 1.125x28 rear thread, also known as Alpha. PWS model number TK01-1F.
PWS designed the BDE45-TI for .45 caliber pistols, sub-guns, and lever action rifles. That 1.125x28 Alpha thread accepts pistons for pistols, plus direct thread mounts, fixed barrel spacers, and 3-lug mounts for fixed-barrel hosts. Options include SilencerCo pistons, the Rugged Obsidian Fixed Mount, and the Rugged Obsidian 3-Lug Mount.
A PVD coating covers the exterior, and exterior textures help dissipate heat mirage. Inside, taper-threaded baffles prevent carbon locking and loosening between baffles, symmetrical internal baffle notches increase accuracy, and the low back-pressure baffle design reduces gas blowback. The BDE45-TI is user serviceable.

We see the PWS BDE45-TI as a .45 suppressor for shooters who run more than one kind of host. PWS built it for pistols, sub-guns, and lever action rifles, and the modular baffles let you choose the length that fits whatever you're shooting that day.
The 1.125x28 Alpha thread is a big part of the appeal. Pistons, fixed barrel mounts, and 3-lug mounts from SilencerCo and Rugged all thread on, so setting it up for a new host is straightforward. With a titanium core and a weight of 8.8 to 11.1 oz, it keeps weight down in every configuration.
