PRECISION ARMAMENT TITREX 300TI SUPPRESSOR - 3D-PRINTED TITANIUM WITH X-CORE EXCHANGEABLE CORE

The Precision Armament TiTrex 300Ti is a 3D-printed .30 caliber suppressor built around a Grade 5 Titanium core and Precision Armament's patent-pending X-CORE exchangeable core technology. The body measures 5.9" long and 1.65" in diameter and weighs 7.2 oz, or 6.2" and 9.2 oz with the included mount and front cap installed. It is magnum rated up to .300 RUM with no barrel length restrictions and works on both bolt-action and semi-auto rifles from 5.56 through 7.62, with 300 BLK hosts called out as a standout fit. The rear mounts with HUB (1.375x24) threads, and the front accepts SilencerCo Bravo-style front attachments, so the TiTrex works with a wide range of mounts, brakes, and front caps.

X-CORE is what sets the TiTrex apart. The serial number lives on the XBand, a 17-4 stainless steel containment housing that is permanently retained to the core and supports the stress-critical blast chamber. Because the XBand never changes, Precision Armament can replace the core at the factory if it's ever damaged, or install a next-generation core when the design improves, all while the original serial number and registration stay the same. Core upgrades also open the door to changing caliber, material, or color down the road.

Inside, the TiTrex uses Precision Armament's NURBS (Non-Uniform Reconvergent Baffle Stack) technology, a surface-modeled baffle architecture produced through DMLS metal printing. The design was refined through more than one hundred iterations in Precision Armament's acoustic lab to regulate flow, improve heat transfer, lower sound pressure levels, and minimize first-round pop. In PEW Science testing on a 20" .308 bolt-action rifle with the direct-thread mount, the TiTrex 300Ti earned a Suppression Rating of 44.3 (PEW Science).

Precision Armament rates the titanium core for full-auto use depending on the application. It's rated Light/Limited for 5.56 on barrels 10.3" and longer, for 7.62 on barrels 14.5" and longer, and for supersonic 300 BLK, and Heavy/SOCOM for subsonic 300 BLK. It's semi-auto only for 5.56 under 10.3" and 7.62 under 14.5". Light/Limited covers controlled automatic fire in short strings with cooling periods, while Heavy/SOCOM covers sustained, high-volume automatic fire. Every TiTrex ships with a titanium 5/8x24 direct thread mount, a titanium Universal Front Cap, and Precision Armament's K-Brake Ultracompact Suppressor Brake with CDC technology for recoil reduction with minimal sound tradeoff. CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION

The TiTrex asks a question most suppressors never bother with. Why should the part with your serial number on it be stuck forever with a baffle stack that might get damaged or become outdated? Precision Armament's answer is X-CORE. The serialized XBand stays with you for life, and the core can be replaced or upgraded at the factory without touching your registration. If you plan to own a suppressor for decades instead of years, that's a real quality-of-life upgrade.

The 3D-printed NURBS baffles are the other half of the story. Printing the core lets Precision Armament shape baffle surfaces that couldn't be machined the traditional way, and the result is a compact can with minimal first-round pop. PEW Science gave it a 44.3 Suppression Rating on a 20" .308 bolt gun, which is solid backing for a suppressor this size.

At 7.2 oz for the body and magnum rated to .300 RUM with no barrel length restrictions, the TiTrex 300Ti makes a lot of sense on a lightweight hunting rifle or a 7.62 NATO (.308) precision bolt gun, and Precision Armament calls it a standout on 300 BLK. We also like that it ships with a K-Brake for real recoil reduction instead of just a bare direct thread mount, and the HUB rear and Bravo-style front keep you in a well-supported accessory ecosystem.
