The Jaguar CAS762T Titanium Shorty is a 7.62 rifle suppressor built for shooters who refuse to sacrifice maneuverability for performance. At 6.5 inches and 7.3 ounces, the CAS762T is one of the most compact suppressors available for the .308/7.62 caliber class, constructed from aerospace-grade titanium via additive manufacturing. That fabrication method enables internal geometries that traditional machining cannot produce, including Jaguar's patented Intermittent Flow Technology, which disrupts and redirects gas pressure through the baffle stack in staggered intervals to reduce sound, flash, and recoil while maintaining point-of-impact accuracy. The expanded pocket design adds suppression volume and structural integrity without adding length. Compatible with any HUB/Bravo QD muzzle device and available in Smooth, Streamline, and Jag Camo textures.

The compact 7.62 suppressor category is a tough one. Most short cans in this space achieve their length by cutting suppression volume, and you end up with a small can that performs like a small can. The CAS762T is different because the expanded pocket geometry recovers volume that the shortened body gives up, and the additive manufacturing allows Jaguar to run internal baffle shapes that actually take advantage of that space. The result is a shorty that earns its classification rather than just qualifying for it on paper.
