A2 MUZZLE DEVICE COMPATIBLE
The 30SD-K was born from shooters requests for a quiet, more compact Gate-Lok suppressor. In order to have maximum performance, Griffin Armament's patented HEDP Baffle technology was used. This design provides great suppression across the full range of compatible calibers. With no minimum barrel length restrictions, the 30SD-K is a workhouse with exceptional durablity.
The Gate-Lok system lets the 30SD-K mount to any USGI spec A2 style mount. This reduces wear on parts found in some ratcheting designs, and allows easy suppressing of rifles without muzzle device alterations. Although A2 mounts will work without trouble, Griffin 30SD and M4SD mounts are recommended if precision fitment is desired.

The 30SD-K is the smaller brother to the 30-SD. The K variant is smaller and more compact, but still suppresses quite well. Like it's larger sibling, the Griffin 30SD-K uses a Gate-Lok mounting system to attach to A2 spec muzzle devices. This allows shooters to, many times, retain the existing muzzle device on their rifle. This saves both time and month without the necessity for an expensive suppressor mount. It's a great option for a future-proof can, or a can that may be put on a buddy's rifle while hunting together. It maintains all the great aspects of the 30-SD, but with a much smaller footprint.
