DMLS titanium construction is not a common feature at this price point. Most lightweight suppressors compromise somewhere, whether in wall thickness, baffle geometry, or heat tolerance. Exigent Defense builds the Vanish 556 as a single one-piece titanium body using a process typically reserved for aerospace and medical components, which means there are no welds to fail and no joints to compromise under sustained fire. The result is a suppressor that's genuinely light without cutting corners on structural integrity.

The coaxial venting system is the other feature worth paying attention to. Blowback and gas management are real-world problems on short-barrel AR platforms, and the Vanish 556 was designed specifically for that environment. Integrated flash suppression via a four-prong internal flash hider and directional counterclockwise gas ports are a smart addition for low-light use.
