The Energetic Armament Vox S is a full-size 7.62mm suppressor built from C300 Maraging nickel-cobalt superalloy. This aerospace-grade material, originally developed for NASA rocket motor casings, achieves a tensile yield strength of over 270ksi after heat treatment. At 1,000°F, C300 maintains more strength than stainless steel or titanium at room temperature. The result is a 12.9-ounce suppressor with full-auto capability and no barrel length restrictions.

The Vox S uses the 1.375x24 HUB mount pattern, making it compatible with Dead Air Key-Mo, SilencerCo ASR, Q Plan-B, and Area 419 Hellfire mounting systems. Shooters already invested in these platforms can use their existing muzzle devices without purchasing additional hardware. A 5/8x24 titanium direct thread adapter ships standard with the suppressor.

The removable end cap features a wipe holder for subsonic applications. When installed, the silicone wipe seals around exiting projectiles to reduce sound and flash. Remove the wipe for supersonic or high-volume shooting. Users can make replacement wipes from 1/8" reinforced silicone sheet per ATF regulations.

 

CAPITOL ARMORY'S TAKE

The Vox S addresses two common suppressor tradeoffs: weight versus durability and mounting flexibility versus proprietary lock-in. At 12.9 ounces with the direct thread adapter, it weighs less than many titanium suppressors while handling sustained full-auto fire. The HUB mount pattern (1.375x24) means compatibility with four major mounting systems out of the box. Energetic Armament's patented banded core construction allows fast factory repairs if a baffle strike occurs. For shooters who need a shorter suppressor, the Vox K2 offers similar materials in a 4.9-inch package. If sound reduction matters more than full-auto rating, the titanium Lux provides better suppression at 7.9 inches.

Energetic Armament is disrupting the norm with the next level of precision engineered rifle silencer.  The Vox is CNC welded from C300 Maraging, a nickel-cobalt superalloy.  Developed by NASA to meet extreme high-temperature stress requirements, the aerospace alloy has an incredible strength to weight ratio.  At 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit the Vox's material is stronger than both stainless steel or titanium at room temperature.  With no compromise in material, the Energetic Armament Vox has the reduced weight of a titanium suppressor with the full-auto capabilities of much heavier silencers.   In the direct thread configuration, the Vox weights in at just 12.4 ounces.  

Compatible with SilencerCo ASR, Dead Air Key-Mo and Plan-B by Q, the user is able to chose the desired mounting system for their needs.  This eliminates the need to purchase additional muzzle devices for shooters already invested in one brand.  Optional wipes can be used with the Vox to increase performance with sub-sonic rounds.  The wipe creates a seal around the exiting projectile to quiet the shot down even more.  


CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION

Durable and light weight with a modular mounting system- Energetic Armament listened to the demands of shooters when they came up with the Vox S.  The mounting system is compatible with other suppressors, such as the SilencerCo Omega and Dead Air Nomad.  This allows shooters to tailor the point of attachment to their preferred style.  Not only does it allow for flexibility now, it serves as future-proofing the suppressor.  Using an industry first C300 Maraging material, Energetic Armament allowed the Vox to withstand extremely high temperatures without compromising integrity with a weight seen only in titanium and aluminum suppressors.  For those who want the great features of the Vox S, but need a more compact silencer, the Vox K is also available.  On the other side of the spectrum, Energetic Armament's precision rifle can, the Lux, may also suit your needs if precision and decibel reduction is more important than the ability to withstand full-auto abuse.
