DILLON RIFLE COMPANY DRC308 HUSH KIT - COMPACT 7.62 SUPPRESSOR, DMLS INCONEL AND TITANIUM
The Dillon Rifle Company DRC308 Hush Kit is a compact 7.62 suppressor built from monolithic 3D-printed Inconel 718 or Titanium via DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) technology. At 6.74 inches and 1.75 inches in diameter, the DRC308 delivers full-size 7.62 suppression performance in a package nearly two inches shorter than comparable cans on the market. Dillon's patented Purposely Induced Porosity (PIP) technology uses a variable metal foam structure to control gas flow in a way conventional baffle stacks cannot match, and the monolithic construction handles the thermal and mechanical abuse of SBRs and select-fire hosts without complaint. The HUB/Bravo 1.375x24 mounting interface keeps you from being locked into the included 5/8x24 direct thread mount and gives you access to the full ecosystem of QD adapters. If you are building a .308 or 6.5 Creedmoor setup and want a suppressor that does not upset the balance of the rifle, the DRC308 is worth a hard look.
CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION
The DRC308 doesn't come with a weakness in sound suppression, despite its compact size. The PIP technology is the reason the length can come down without the suppression numbers following it. A variable metal foam structure manages gas flow differently than stacked baffles, and the result is a can that performs beyond what its 6.74 inches would suggest.
Material selection is straightforward once you know your use case. The Inconel 718 version is built for punishment, high round counts, sustained fire, and hard-use duty applications where heat resistance is the priority. The Titanium version is the right call for hunters and precision shooters who want the lightest possible setup without giving up the performance of the PIP core. Both share the same HUB interface and internal geometry, so you are choosing a material property, not a different suppressor.
The GOV edition is worth considering for a cleaner build. The untextured finish keeps the profile smooth and pairs well with precision or duty rifles where aesthetics matter. At this length and with this kind of construction behind it, the DRC308 is one of the more capable compact 7.62 options currently available.
