Dillon Rifle Company Suppressors

HEAVY-DUTY SUPPRESSORS FOR MACHINE GUNS
Dillon Rifle Company builds its suppressor line around a signature manufacturing approach: parts are produced using additive DMLS (direct metal laser sintering) 3D-printing technology, primarily in Inconel 718 and titanium. The core innovation is their patented Purposely Induced Porosity (PIP) design, a variable metal foam structure that bleeds gas and pressure off at specific locations and rates, rather than relying on a traditional flow-through baffle design. The current lineup centers on two models: the DRC556 for 5.56/.223 and the DRC308 for .308/7.62x51mm (also usable with .300BLK). The PIP-based construction is marketed as delivering an unusually high strength-to-weight ratio without sacrificing sound reduction, positioning Dillon as a performance-and-durability-focused player in the additive-manufacturing suppressor space.
