The Dead Air Lazarus 6 is a 5.56 NATO and 6mm suppressor built around a patent-pending Triskelion Gas Management System and Haynes 282 superalloy construction. Haynes 282 is a nickel-based superalloy developed for high-temperature aerospace applications, and the Triskelion baffle stack is additively manufactured, allowing internal geometry that is not achievable through conventional machining. The result is a low-backpressure design that reduces bolt carrier wear, minimizes port pop, and moves heat from the suppressor core to the outer tube for faster cooling between strings of fire. Compatible with Dead Air's HUB mounting system including KeyMo and Xeno adapters. Ships with a Xeno adapter, upgradeable to KeyMo, and your choice of muzzle device. Replaceable front cap. Haynes 282 is not a material you hear about often. It is a superalloy developed for turbine engine components, which means its heat resistance and mechanical properties at elevated temperatures are substantially above what you get from stainless steel or even most titanium alloys. Pairing that material with additive manufacturing lets Dead Air create baffle geometry that optimizes suppression across multiple frequency ranges, which is engineering language for "it sounds better and runs cleaner than what traditional machining can produce."

The thermal management system that moves heat from the core to the outer tube is a practical feature for anyone doing longer strings of fire. Most suppressors accumulate heat in the baffle stack with no real mechanism to redistribute it, which limits how quickly you can run follow-up strings before heat becomes a concern. The Lazarus 6 addresses that with an integrated design rather than leaving it as a user problem.
