The Dead Air Odessa-9 is a fully modular 9mm pistol suppressor that the shooter can configure to different lengths, with multiple configurations to balance size against sound reduction. At just 1.1 inches in diameter it is one of the thinnest pistol cans available, allowing a clear sight picture with factory pistol sights. With four baffles and subsonic ammunition it runs at or below hearing-safe levels. Built from 17-4 stainless steel with a black nitride finish. It is compatible with both SilencerCo and Rugged pistons. This model has been discontinued by Dead Air.

The Dead Air Odessa-9 is a completely modular pistol suppressor, allowing the shooter to fully customize the length to a specific need. 10 different configurations allow the user to find their perfect balance between length and dB reduction. With just 4 baffles and subsonic ammunition, the Odessa-9 is just below hearing safe. In this configuration, it is close to the Dead Air Mask in overall size.
Coming in at just 1.1" in diameter, the Odessa-9 also allows for a clear sight picture without the need to alter the factory sights on a pistol. The Odessa-9 is compatible with both SilencerCo and Rugged pistons.

Not all suppressors have to be a daily driver designed for everyone. Some are made to excel in certain aspects and be a very specialized tool. The Dead Air Odessa 9 is certainly a specialized suppressor. It's designed to be minimal in diameter, allowing for optimal use with stock sights on a pistol. The smaller diameter also allows it to fit in some holsters and handguards that may not be possible with a larger can. In addition to being one of the thinnest pistol suppressors on the market it is also able to be configured to virtually any length desired by the user. This allows for a long and quiet can, or an ultra compact suppressor for defensive use. If you're after the smallest OD 9mm pistol can on the market, or love the idea of configuring a silencer to meet your exact needs, the Dead Air Odessa 9 is worth a look.
