The B&T VERS36 is a modular, multi-caliber suppressor built from 3D-printed titanium using B&T's laser bed fusion process. It's rated for calibers up to .360, covering .223 REM/5.56 NATO, .308 WIN/7.62 NATO, .300 WM, .338 LM, .338 LPM, and 350 Legend across pistol, submachine gun, and rifle platforms.

The two-piece modular design lets you run the suppressor in a full-length or shortened configuration by removing the front section. Both configurations are full-auto rated. B&T's Reduced Backpressure System (RBS) baffle design manages gas flow to lower backpressure compared to traditional baffle stacks, reducing blowback and improving firearm cycling when suppressed.

The VERS36 has passed 6 cycles of the SOCOM Suppressor Reliability Stress Test (one cycle equals 8 magazines of 30 rounds), confirming durability under sustained fire. A Type II Hard Coat Anodized finish adds surface protection and reduces sparking.

Mounting is through the HUB (1.375x24) interface. The suppressor ships with both 1/2x28 and 5/8x24 direct thread adapters and swappable .36 caliber and 5.56 front end caps, so you can optimize the bore opening for different calibers without buying separate accessories. The HUB threads also accept KeyMo, Xeno, ASR, Plan-B, and other industry-standard QD mounts.

The VERS36 is one of the few suppressors that ships ready to work across calibers out of the box. The modular length is practical. Pull the front section for a shorter, lighter setup on a pistol or SBR, then run full-length on a bolt gun where suppression matters more than weight. Both configs are full-auto rated and backed by SOCOM testing, so you're not compromising durability to save length.

Pay attention to the barrel length restrictions. This suppressor covers a wide caliber range, but B&T does set minimums: 10" for 5.56, 16" for .308, 18" for .338 LM, and 20" for .300 WM. Barrels under 10" may cause accelerated erosion under higher rates of fire. If you run short barrels, check with B&T for guidance on your specific setup.
