B&T SRBS 762 FULL SIZE SUPPRESSOR - PRINT-X, WELDLESS 718 INCONEL, 7.62/.308 RIFLE SILENCER WITH BACKPRESSURE REDUCTION
The B&T SRBS 762 Print-X is a full-size 7.62/.308 rifle suppressor built from 3D-printed 718 Inconel via laser bed fusion. The fully weldless construction method eliminates the failure points introduced by traditional welded cans. At 6.6 inches and 1.75 inches in diameter, it runs with no barrel length restrictions and is full-auto rated for the hardest firing schedules. B&T's Slimline Reduced Backpressure System keeps your host rifle cycling cleanly without requiring any tuning, and the suppressor ships ready to mount with the Rotex-SF Ti HUB assembly included. If you're looking for a duty-grade 7.62 suppressor that handles sustained fire and reduces backpressure without asking anything of your host rifle, the SRBS 762 Print-X is built for exactly that role.
The Print-X designation refers to the additive manufacturing process: laser powder bed fusion in 718 Inconel, a nickel-chromium superalloy used in aerospace and defense applications for its strength and thermal resistance. The result is a baffle geometry that conventional machining cannot produce, which is what enables the SRBS backpressure reduction architecture to work as designed.
CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION
Most suppressors solve the noise problem and hand you a new one: elevated backpressure that spikes cyclic rate, accelerates bolt carrier wear, and drives gas back toward the shooter. B&T's SRBS architecture actually addresses all three, and it does it without requiring host rifle tuning. That's a meaningful engineering accomplishment in a product category where most manufacturers treat backpressure as an acceptable tradeoff.
The weldless 718 Inconel construction is the other thing worth understanding before you buy. Traditional suppressor construction relies on welds that are thermal stress points under sustained fire. Laser bed fusion manufacturing produces a single monolithic structure with no welds to fail. The material choice isn't marketing; 718 Inconel is the same alloy used in jet engine components. It handles heat that would compromise lesser materials.
The 1.375x24 HUB interface puts you on the right mounting standard. The Rotex-SF Ti HUB is included, and B&T's own Rotex flash hiders plus SureFire SOCOM muzzle devices are compatible. If you run a platform that's already equipped with SureFire muzzle devices, the SRBS 762 drops in without additional hardware. For a suppressor built to this material and engineering standard, the price is hard to argue with.
