The B&T RBS QD 7.62 SF is a full-sized 7.62 suppressor that quickly and securely mounts to Surefire SOCOM muzzle devices, as well as the factory B&T Rotex Muzzle Devices.
RBS, or Reduced Backpressure System, designates many B&T suppressors as being designed for lower backpressure. This behavior allows semi-auto and select-fire firearms to function smoother, cleaner, and maintain a natural cyclic rate when suppressed. This design uses a low-pressure chamber to absorb the brunt of the gas and trap it, preventing it from returning back into the firearm. This significantly minimizes, and in some cases, eliminates excess gas pressure at the charging handle and ejection port locations, making the RBS a top choice for submachine guns, assault rifles and machine guns.
The RBS QD 7.62 SF can handle 5.56, .300 Blackout, .308 Win, and many other calibers. It's best used in semi-auto firearms where backpressure is a concern.
Mounts to either a Surefire Suppressor Muzzle Device or the factory B&T Rotex Muzzle Device.
