A2 COMPATIBLE - NO ACCESSORIES NEEDED
The B&T RBS QD (NATO A2) is part of their Reduced Back pressure System suppressor line. No accessories are needed for mounting the silencer, as the integrated quick disconnect system attaches to the standard mil-spec A2 birdcage found on nearly all factory AR-15s sold. Muzzle devices with the same external specifications are also compatible, allowing users who wish to customize their rifles the ability to do so and still run suppressed.
The great at-the-muzzle decibel reduction is still present but with greatly reduced backpressure. This provides a quieter experience to the shooter, with better at-the-ear decibel reduction than most competing products. In addition to the benefits of a quiet rifle, the reduction in backpressure also keeps the firearm running more naturally. There's no additional wear and tear, reduced carbon buildup, and a natural cycling speed. The B&T RBS QD provides a more comfortable experience to the shooter, as there isn't nearly as much gas being directed into the operator's face.
The system is comprised of a modified gate-lock mechanism with a ratcheting device to further secure the silencer. This provides an easy attachment means, without the wobble and play found in other A2 compatible silencers.
