B.O.S.S. silencers are constructed from 17-4 stainless steel heat-treated to H900 condition and Grade 5 and 9 titanium. Every blast baffle uses extra-thick hardened 17-4, while the remaining stack is streamlined to optimize the durability-to-weight ratio. Their titanium models push that further, delivering a full-featured suppressor at a fraction of the weight of conventional designs. The baffle geometry also flows significantly better than traditional stacks, which translates to meaningfully reduced back pressure on gas-operated firearms.
