The BOSS Chairman K is a compact .30 caliber rifle suppressor engineered to deliver best-in-class sound reduction in a 6" x 1.5" form factor at just 12 ounces. Built around a proprietary coaxially-vented baffle system, the Chairman K routes expanding gases through extended pathways to maximize dwell time and dramatically reduce report compared to conventional designs. The Chairman K is constructed from stainless steel with a Glacier Black high-temp Cerakote finish rated to 1,800 degrees Fahrenheit, full-auto rated with no barrel length restrictions, and accepts the full ecosystem of standard HUB 1.375-24 QD mounts. If you're running a .308 or 7.62mm host and need maximum suppression from a 6-inch can, the Chairman K is the benchmark in its class. 

The coaxially-vented baffle design, described by BOSS as Tesla-inspired engineering, routes gas through a more complex internal path than traditional straight-through baffle stacks. The result is suppression performance that typically requires a longer can, delivered in a platform short enough for SBR builds and carbine-length hosts without sacrificing the mount compatibility or durability features found on full-size suppressors. 

CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION

Most compact cans in this size class make a real tradeoff. You get the shorter overall length, but you give up noriceable performance compared to a standard 7- or 8-inch can. The Chairman K is one of the few suppressors in this form factor where BOSS makes a credible claim to best-in-class performance at that length, and the coaxially-vented baffle system is the engineering reason that claim holds up. This is a fundamentally different gas path design built specifically to recover performance that compact cans normally lose. Where the Chairman K makes the most sense is on SBR and carbine builds where a longer suppressor creates handling issues, and on shooters running .308 or 7.62 hosts who want a dedicated compact can without stepping down to a 5.56-sized suppressor. If a 6-inch .30 cal can is what your build calls for, the Chairman K is the one to look at first.
