The Blackbird F556H is a full-auto rated, low back pressure 5.56 suppressor built from HAYNES 282 for AR-15s and other modern 5.56 rifle platforms. F556H designates the HUB (1.375x24) mount, HAYNES 282 configuration, and the can is DMLS printed as a single piece, measuring 5.42" long and 1.6" in diameter at 15.1 oz. Blackbird's patent-pending Staged Pressure Vectoring architecture manages pressure at the source, regulating the timing, direction, and rate of pressure release so blast energy is driven forward and less gas migrates back into the rifle. A 1/2x28 HUB Taper direct thread mount is included.

Although the F556H is tuned specifically for 5.56, it also runs well on higher pressure cartridges like 6mm ARC and 6mm Creedmoor. HAYNES 282 is a nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum superalloy selected for high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and fatigue performance under sustained firing schedules. Pair that with a compact form factor and you get a can Blackbird positions for both duty use and extended firing schedules.

Mounting is built around the HUB taper interface. Each mount registers against a precision-machined chamfer seat that draws the suppressor onto the bore axis, giving precise concentricity and repeatable, secure lockup. The included HUB Taper direct thread mount combines that taper seat with a traditional direct thread interface, and because the F556H uses the industry-standard HUB pattern, it also accepts HUB-compatible mounts from other brands.

The Blackbird F556H is best suited to hard-use rifles, and that's where we'd point most buyers. It works as a good all-around 5.56 can, but it really makes sense for tactical applications, duty rifles, training classes, and high-round-count competitions where durability comes first. HAYNES 282, single-piece DMLS construction, and a full-auto rating are what back that up, which is why we see it as a strong fit for semi-automatic and select-fire rifles that get run hard.

We also like how much attention Blackbird put into low back pressure. When less gas comes back through the action, you get less gas to the face and a rifle that runs more naturally with the can on. Staged Pressure Vectoring is designed to reduce receiver-side gas while keeping cyclic stability consistent, and a softer linear recoil impulse to the list of benefits.

Size rounds out the package. At 5.42" long, the F556H doesn't add an obnoxious amount of length to the host rifle, which matters on duty carbines and short barrel rifles where every inch counts.
