The SQD silencer from B&T is a new offering with a lot of great things going for it. It's long enough to provide enough volume for a quiet shooting experience, but not too long as to be obnoxious on B&T guns such as the GHM9 or APC9. It's a robust silencer, but still keeps the weight at under 13 ounces. This includes the integral 3-lug mounting system. The B&T SQD has a mounting system a bit different than typical 3-lug users are used to. The silencer mounts to a standard 3 lug barrel, but uses a spring assisted gate to add extra security and prevent the silencer from coming off.
