Streamlining Suppressor Ownership

1. Select a suppressor and add it to your cart.
2. Register for an account and submit your order.
3. Select a local FFL/SOT dealer or submit your trust documents online.

Texas Residents: Our system automatically adds the BATFE transfer tax ($200 in most cases; $5 for AOWs) during checkout for each suppressor/NFA item in your cart. We do not apply "extra" fees when collecting your $200 transfer fee to the BATFE. We collect your trust or corporation information after your order is placed and file all documentation on your behalf. In most cases, you only need to provide your trust or corporation name to get the process started. Once your transfer is approved we provide you details on how to pick up your suppressor or have it shipped to your residence (requires TX CHL).

Out-of-State Residents: If you are not a Texas resident, we will transfer the suppressor or NFA item to your preferred local FFL/SOT dealer. After you place your order, simply select an FFL or provide us your dealer's contact information, and we will initiate the transfer. Once approved for transfer to your local dealer, you may contact them to begin the Form 4 transfer to yourself, trust, or corporation. Trust documentation and the $200 BATFE transfer fee will be collected by your local dealer upon Form 4 filing.
