The B&T SRBS 762 Ti Full Size is a 100% titanium .30 cal suppressor built for serious rifle shooters who refuse to compromise between weight and durability. Manufactured via laser bed fusion, a 3D printing process that produces a fully weldless titanium body, the SRBS Ti weighs just 7 ounces with a direct-mount HUB, making it 40% lighter than the Inconel version. B&T's Slimline Reduced Backpressure System actively reduces combustion gases cycled back into the host weapon, lowering cyclic rate increase, extending parts life, and reducing toxic gas exposure to the shooter. Rated for .30 cal magnums including .300 Win Mag and .300 RUM, and compatible with the HUB/Bravo 1.375x24 mounting standard, the SRBS Ti is a premium-grade suppressor for shooters who want titanium performance without titanium weight. 

CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION

The titanium suppressor market tends to split into two camps: ultralight cans built for bolt guns and hunting rifles, and heavy-duty workhorse cans for gas guns and hard use. The SRBS 762 Ti splits that difference better than most. At 7 ounces with a direct-mount HUB, it's genuinely light -- not "light for a .30 cal" light, but light by any standard. The laser bed fusion construction is what makes that possible. Traditional machining can't produce the internal baffle geometry that 3D printing allows, and the fully weldless body eliminates the failure points that show up in welded cans under magnum-level pressures.

The Reduced Backpressure System is worth paying attention to if you're running a suppressed gas gun regularly. Backpressure is the primary reason suppressed semi-auto rifles run dirtier, cycle faster, and wear parts faster. B&T's SRBS design addresses that directly, and the result is a cleaner-running, lower-stress setup over extended use. That's not a minor quality-of-life upgrade -- for shooters who put rounds through a suppressed gas gun on a regular basis, it matters.

One important caveat: the Ti variant is designed for lower-tempo firing schedules and is not recommended for sustained or full-auto fire. If your application involves high round counts, automatic fire, or a lot of fast semi-auto strings, the Inconel SRBS 762 Full Size is the right call. For precision rifles, hunting builds, and moderate-use gas guns, the Ti version is one of the lightest full-size .30 cal suppressors available at this performance level.
