Sons of Liberty Gun Works (SOLGW) builds AR-pattern rifles in San Antonio, Texas. Its MK1 is built on a billet upper, lower, and rail receiver set, with a titanium extended barrel nut and a barrel with 3-groove polygonal rifling.

Capitol Armory carries the SOLGW MK1 CAR, an 11.5 inch short-barreled rifle in 5.56mm with an NP3-coated bolt carrier group. SOLGW backs the MK1 with a lifetime warranty.
