The Sig MCX Spear-LT in 7.62x39 follows the legacy of the MCX Virtus. Thanks to customer feedback, extensive testing, and combat experience, Sig Sauer has refined the MCX even further. The new Spear-LT is the result. The improved handguard is the most noticeable design change. It's not only lighter but also allows for better grip and control while retaining the ability for accessory installation.
The Spear-LT has also improved accuracy. Even with its compact design, Sig still prioritized successfully engaging targets at range. Whether it's a longer engagement or a close-quarters battle, the Spear-LT can take on the job.
Being chambered in 7.62x39 allows ammo commonly found in hostile environments to be utilized when standard NATO cartridges may be scarce. In more relaxed conditions, it offers a more affordable experience at the range and some commonality for those who may enjoy an AK collection.
