The MCX-Spear by Sig Sauer is the civilian version of the Army's new XM7 rifle.  It features ambidextrous controls and a non-reciprocating side-charging handle in addition to the standard T-handle.  The gas system is adjustable, allowing the shooter to configure the rifle to both suppressed and unsuppressed use.  To further minimize footprint, the stock can quickly be folded to the side.  This greatly aids in transport and storage.

Chambered in .308, the SPEAR has a little more horsepower than many SBRs on the market.  Aside from professional use, the Spear is a great firearm for predator and hog hunting.
