The Primary Weapon Systems MK111 "Compound rifle" is a marriage between the Mod 1 upper and Mk1 Mod 2-M lower. The mil-spec upper receiver with forward assist houses the BCG, attaching to an MLok handguard and long-stroke piston system. The long-stroke piston system can quickly be tuned by changing the 3 setting adjustable gas regulator near the front of the handguard. This mates up with the Mk1 Mod 2 billet lower receiver.
A fully ambi lower allows for maximum control and ease of use for left-handed operation. The trigger is an enhanced mil-spec model with PTFE coating to remove any grit and make sure every shot breaks clean. The PWS Enhanced Buffer Tube with a ratchet lock castle nut and end plate contains an integrated QD sling mount.
