NOVESKE N4 DIPLOMAT 7.94" SBR - 300 BLACKOUT SHORT-BARRELED RIFLE, SUPPRESSOR-READY GEN 4 BILLET

The Noveske N4 Diplomat 7.94" SBR is a short-barreled rifle engineered for suppressed 300 Blackout performance. Built on matching 4th Generation billet 7075-T6 aluminum receivers with Type III hardcoat anodizing and Cerakote ceramic coating, the Gen 4 Diplomat delivers Noveske's flagship precision and durability in one of the most compact suppressor-optimized hosts they have ever produced. The 7.94" 416R stainless barrel features a hand-polished Noveske Match Chamber and ships with the Pig Pen suppressor-compatible muzzle device installed. The Gen 4 NSR-7" M-LOK free-floating handguard is precision-fit with exactly .060" of clearance to the barrel thread shoulder for a seamless suppressor interface. Fully ambidextrous controls, a Noveske Single Stage trigger, and B5 Systems furniture round out a complete, ready-to-suppress package at 5.3 lbs. 

CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION

Noveske designed the Diplomat from the ground up as a suppressor host. The Pig Pen muzzle device, compatible with numerous silencers, is already on the barrel. The handguard clearance to the thread shoulder is .060", allowing for a flush suppressor fit. The Match Chamber is hand-polished for consistent headspace across both supersonic and subsonic loads. This rifle is built with the assumption that a suppressor is going on it. The Gen 4 billet receiver is what you would expect from a top-tier company like Noveske. Billet 7075-T6 with Type III hardcoat and Cerakote provides durability improvements over standard forged receivers, and the matching upper and lower are machined to fit each other. Add the Carpenter 158 MPI-tested bolt, phosphate BCG with chrome-lined carrier bore, and properly staked gas key bolts, and the internals match the exterior quality. 

Being fully ambidextrous is a bonus for many shooters. The Radian Talon 45/90 safety selector, ambidextrous bolt and magazine releases, and Noveske Love Handle charging handle cover every manual-of-arms preference without feeling overly busy. Magpul MBUS Pro steel folding sights ship installed. At 5.3 lbs dry with a 7.94" barrel, this is a compact and capable package that pairs perfectly with a suppressor.
