HK MP5K-N PDW with Qualified Transferable Sear
This offering combines a fully transferable Qualified Manufacturing auto-sear with a German-made HK SP5K that Dakota Tactical has converted to true MP5K-N PDW specification. The host receiver has been restamped “MP5K-N,” engraved by the builder, and registered as an SBR. It comes with an HK SEF trigger pack, a side-folding stock, and a 3-lug barrel capped with a thread protector; a pictogram burst pack is available for an additional charge. All components are in excellent condition, and the buyer may substitute the host for a Dakota Tactical D54R-N if preferred.
Because the sear is the registered machine gun and the host is a registered short-barreled rifle, the purchase will require two separate Form 4 tax stamps. The package is in stock and ready for immediate transfer.
