DESERT TECH MDRX - BULLPUP SEMI-AUTO RIFLE, .223 WYLDE, 16" BUTTON-RIFLED BARREL, AMBIDEXTROUS, MULTI-CALIBER CONVERTIBLE

The Desert Tech MDRx is a semi-automatic bullpup rifle chambered in .223 Wylde, built on a platform originally developed for U.S. Army requirements and manufactured in West Valley City, Utah. The 16-inch button-rifled barrel with a 1:7 twist rate delivers a 26.02-inch overall length, which is shorter than most AR-15 pistol configurations while retaining a full-length barrel and muzzle velocity. The 9-position adjustable gas piston system tunes for suppressor use or varying ammunition, and the 1/2x28 muzzle thread accepts standard 5.56 suppressors and muzzle devices. Fully ambidextrous controls include dual charging handles, safety selector, magazine release, bolt release, and a forward-eject system that can be converted to side eject. The MDRX is also convertible to .308 Winchester, 6.5 Creedmoor, and .300 Blackout with available conversion kits.
