Under ATF's October 9 policy, you can buy a SBR on a 4473 in some states. We still recommend a Form 4: it stays compliant if the policy changes, and ATF approvals come back in days.
This one of a kind package started life as a full length Remington 870 that was cut and registered by Capitol Armory as a short barreled shotgun with a 12.5" barrel length. The barrel was choked, front sight moved, MagPul furntiure added and then we topped it off with a SilencerCo Salvo 12 and choke. From there we had MadPig Customs add some American flare to the entire package.
