4473 Suppressors Shipped to Your Home

Starting mid-October, if you qualify, we can ship a suppressor (a silencer) to your door on a Form 4473, with no Form 4. Here's who qualifies, where we offer it, and how it works.

Who qualifies

You need all of these:

  • You're buying as an individual. If you're buying through a trust or LLC, use a Form 4.
  • You live in one of our 18 launch states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
  • For now, you hold a license to carry or concealed weapons permit issued by your state of residence. Later on, you may not need one.

How it works

1

Add your suppressor to your cart.

2

Right after your cart and login, choose how you want it delivered. Pick 4473, shipped to your home.

3

Sign an affidavit.

4

Complete your Form 4473.

5

We prepare the paperwork and ship it to your door.

Not in one of our 18 states?

We plan to offer 4473 shipping in all 27 states where it's allowed. Until then:

Form 4, shipped to your home

All 42 states where suppressors are legal. Our recommendation.

Form 4 or 4473, picked up at our store

Available at our Texas store. Next, we're bringing Form 4 and 4473 pickup to our locations in other states.

Shipped to your dealer

Any dealer you choose.

Before you buy: know the asterisk

A 4473 suppressor plays by limited rules, and some of them can make it disposable:

It can change. ATF says enforcement could resume if Congress adds a tax, a court overturns the injunction, or the Justice Department changes course (ATF guidance).

  • Check state law before you travel. ATF isn't enforcing the federal ban on moving unregistered NFA firearms across state lines for now, but state laws still apply (ATF open letter).
  • Assume no warranty until your manufacturer gives specific guidance on 4473 suppressors.
  • It's yours, not a trust's. ATF isn't requiring approval to loan it today, but that can change.
  • No way out. You generally can't register it later, sell it through an established process, or pass it on to future generations.
