Dead Air Key Mount Muzzle Brake
DEAD AIR KEYMO MUZZLE BRAKE
The KeyMo muzzle brake mounts your Sandman series or KeyMo-equipped suppressor to your rifle. When shooting unsuppressed, it reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise with less concussion than traditional brakes. Dead Air's sealed taper design sits forward of the locking channels, so the suppressor detaches easily without carbon-locking to the mount.
Requires a KeyMo adapter for suppressors other than the Sandman series.

PIN & WELD OPTIONS
DA101 and DA102 have a pre-drilled hole at the 6 o'clock position for pin & weld installations. DA103, DA104, and DA106 do not have a pin/weld hole.

DEAD AIR KEYMOUNT MUZZLE BRAKE
The Dead Air Keymount muzzle brake is your gateway to silence. When you’re ready for peace and quiet use the Keymount brake to quickly attach your Sandman-L™, Sandman-S™, or Sandman-K™ to your rifle. If you’re not quite ready to turn up the silence, you can still employ the finest brake on the market and experience a flatter shooting rifle with minimal concussion compared to traditional muzzle brakes. The 5/8x24 muzzle brake does not have the pin & weld stand-off. The 1/2x28 muzzle brake has a 30 caliber aperture and works on .223 - .30 caliber rifles. The Dead Air keymount muzzle brake can be utilized with the Sandman series of suppressors or any suppressor featuring the Dead Air Key-Mo Adapter.
In addition to Dead Air's best selling OEM muzzle brakes, we now also offer JMAC Custom's RRD 28S AND RRD 30S Key Mount brakes standard with a shim kit. With quiet the long name, their muzzle device name means (R)ecoil (R)eduction (D)evice (2/4) port (C)ompensator, in 1/2x28 and 5/8x24 with a shoulder mount. It offers the benefits of a muzzle brake, but in a 2-port variation that's shorter than Dead Air's OEM part. The 4 port variant is slightly longer, but provides additional recoil mitigation. (2C indicates 2 port, while 4C indicates 4 port)
