Capitol Armory has expanded our suppressor shipping ability to multiple states, and even more are on the way. We can still ship directly to Texas residents but now deliver silencers directly to your door in many other states. The process is simple and keeps everything in-house. There are no additional dealers, transfer fees, or headaches. We manage the entire process from start to finish to make your life easier.
We currently utilize ATF's eForms system to file all Form 4s electronically (unless you request paper filing.)

The process is simple, cost-effective, and can all be done from the comfort of your living room.
Step 1 - Decide on the silencer you want and place the order. You can easily order via our website, and if you have any questions, our experts are always here to offer advice and help you find the perfect suppressor.
Step 2 - After the order is placed, you'll receive instructions on how to fill out a simple customer profile online and provide us with fingerprints. The customer profile will only take a few minutes, and we offer a convenient at-home fingerprint kit with an instructional video. This must only be done once, and Capitol Armory keeps everything on file for future orders.
Step 3 - Wait for the ATF approval. Once we have the above information, Capitol Armory will prepare the forms and e-file them with the ATF. Upon ATF approval, simple electronic transfer paperwork will be completed so we can ship the silencer directly to your residence.
